She is a proud graduate of Purdue University (BS) and Southern Methodist University (MBA). She is recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a Master Certified Coach (MCC). Debra is also a wife, proud mother of two amazing adult sons and a two-time cancer survivor.


Neena Newberry, MCC is an award-winning speaker, author, and executive coach, Neena launched Newberry Solutions in 2008 to focus on her passion for developing strong leaders, especially women. A former Deloitte executive, her experience includes 14 years of strategy, operations and human capital consulting and a role on Deloitte’s U.S. HR Executive Team supporting 34,000 employees. Dr. Frederick C. Sanders, MCC (affectionately known as Freddy) is an award-winning, international divinity coach. In 2022, Freddy completed his master’s and Ph.D. in professional coaching and human development from the International University of Professional Studies.
