Moderated by Dr. Melanie Rodriguez, PCC, this conversation will trace the evolution of the ACMP & ICF joint task force and highlight current research on what works to build change capacity.

Moderator: Melanie Rodriguez Ph.D., PCC

As a people development specialist of over 18 years, Melanie serves as an executive coach and consultant in the areas of inclusion, leadership development, human systems change, and organizational capability. She has worked with individuals from executive through front-line leader levels as they navigate periods of growth and change.  Her clients have included leaders from a range of industries including energy, finance, medical, and non-profit.




Her passion is serving as a Leadership Coach helping internal and external clients explore their potential. As a leader her business acumen and business approach works with clients to co-create individually tailored solutions.

About the Speakers:

Magdalena (Magda) Nowicka Mook, CEO International Coaching Federation

Magda acts as strategic partner of the ICF’s leadership, including the Board and variety of committees and task forces. Specializing in strategic planning, cultural competence, ethics, international affairs and board governance, she also oversees organizational budgets and manages professional staff of the ICF. Magda is also a trained coach – she received her training from the College for Executive Coaching, and also holds a certificate in the Fundamentals of Systemic Coaching.

Magdalena brings over a decade of experience in fundraising, consulting and association management. Prior to joining International Coach Federation in October 2005, Magda held a position of Assistant Director of National Policy and Director of Development and the Council of State Governments, a national association of state officials in all three branches of government. During her tenure at CSG, Magda also worked closely with the USAID’s US-Asia Environmental Program, overseeing the grants program in 11 nations of South-East Asia.

Greg Voeller, CEO ACMP & Senior Director at Gagen MacDonald | President at Association of Change Management Professionals

Expert, transformational servant-leader who guides and assists organizations in effectively achieving and sustaining results that measurably strengthen performance.

Mr. Voeller's career spans 25 years in leading global change management and organizational communication programs for industry-leading companies. Leading and provided key contributions to programs such as strategic alignment, organizational restructurings, system launches, operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions, business process improvement, internal/integrated branding, culture alignment, compliance, crisis management, employee engagement, employee relations, and health and wellness.

He has helped numerous leaders and organizations build and/or strengthen their change leadership capabilities to include advising and supporting CEOs and senior executives in their leadership development. In addition to create and facilitate numerous communication development coaching and workshop sessions for senior, emerging, and front-line leaders.

As part of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), which is advancing the discipline of change management. He has been elected by his peers to the ACMP Board of Directors. Greg also serve as Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee. A member of the ACMP Standards Working Group: Comprised of 24 thought leaders and highly experienced change management experts from around the world, this Group led the development of the first Standard for Change Management for change management practitioners.
