In this interactive workshop, Carrie Sackett, MS, PCC will take participants on an experiential journey from “Me” to “We,” exploring how coaches can recognize and work with groups and teams as a single entity. Through practical exercises and reflection, participants will strengthen their ability to notice group dynamics, build relational awareness, create connection, and evoke collective insight.

Whether you're already working with groups and teams or curious about expanding beyond one-on-one coaching, this session will challenge you to see—and coach—the room differently.

Learning Objectives:

• Explore how to coach a group or team as a single entity rather than a collection of individuals.

• Shift their perspective from individual coach to intentional group/team builder.

• Practice recognizing and evoking individual and collective relational awareness simultaneously.
