Bio:

Rich Weimert is the Vice President of Membership for the Metro SA Chamber. Rich is responsible for all sales efforts for the Chamber, mainly focusing on new member investments. Rich oversees Metro’s Economic Development Council, which serves as a resource and advocate for economic development policy for Chamber members and stakeholders. He also is the staff liaison for the Technology Council.

Prior to the Chamber, Rich spent nearly eight years with the San Antonio Missions Baseball Club. He started as the club’s PR Director before eventually becoming Director of Baseball Operations, where he oversaw all team travel logistics.

Originally from New Jersey, Rich did his undergrad at Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. He also earned an MBA in Sport Management from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. Rich has called San Antonio home for over 13 years. He enjoys golf and spending time with his wife Monica, son Liam and daughter Mila.
