Over the past year, Toni has been the champion for DEIB in the local ICF chapter and has obtained a certificate for Inclusive Leadership: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

Toni’s coach school training provided rigorous coursework for team and group coaching. With this knowledge Toni developed a team coaching practice for over 10 years. This long term experience in team coaching led to her selection by ICF to volunteer on the development and calibration of the new Advanced Team Coaching exam for the new credentialing.

Years of team coaching led Toni into group coaching as she expanded her coaching practice. Lessons from over ten years of group coaching confirms the coaching benefits of both the group and the individuals to meet their goals. Toni specializes in group coaching with clergy in the area of self-care and leadership across the state of SC. She also provides training and facilitates workshops on clergy self-care.

Toni was trained by Dr. Victoria Bernhardt in vision, mission, strategic planning and data analysis for K-16 education. Toni is a National facilitator for Narrative 4, an International organization which provides groups of students and adults the opportunity to experience empathy through story.
