Description:

Many people struggle for balance and meaning in their busy, sometimes chaotic lives. More than a walk on the beach, Blue Health Coaching™ can help you and your clients navigate complex professional and leadership challenges, by changing perspective.

As a Blue Health Coach™, Shelli's work integrates principles of leadership and human development with the inherently transitional and transformative nature of water to help you step out of chaos and reconnect with what matters most to you. Most clients find they are better able to clarify personal mission and values, gain new insights and experience personal health benefits in the process.  Developed by friend and colleague, Lizzi Larbalestier (PCC), Blue Health Coach™ Training is currently offered in the US and UK, where coaches are able to develop their Beach Wisdom, learning how to work in partnership with the environment in their coaching practices.

Discover more about how Blue Health Coaching may complement your coaching practice. Join us for this toe-in-the-water experience for some micro blue coaching discussions to deepen your insight.

By participating in this event, attendees will be able to:

  • Understand how awareness of blue health can influence how we show up for our clients
  • Explore the neuroscience field of blue health and
  • Gain practical Blue Health Coaching insights to integrate into your own life
