Using our two ears and one mouth, let’s dive deep into greater understanding of what is really important. Mina will lead an interactive and fun session about filtering out the noise and focusing on the real pearls that the client offers. Coaching cannot happen without meaningful and deep coaching conversations. Coaches must listen for the magic keys that will unlock clients’ insights and new truths that propel them into their desired new realities. Participants must bring with them a crisp, small topic to be quickly coached on.
In this session, Mina Brown will focus on competency #6 – Listens Actively & Evokes Awareness. You will receive 1.5 Core Competency CCEUs for attending this session.
