Program Description:

Learn how to get unstuck AND overcome uncertainty. Being centered and making wise decisions can be challenging especially in these times, and as coaches, using our body's intelligence is a powerful and timely resource for ourselves and our clients. We're excited to have Nina Miöen, PCC, a cross-cultural Personal Development Coach with us for this session.

Learning Objectives:

  • Experience how to be in your own body and become more present and self-aware through a centering practice.
  • Learn the somatic method called the Body-Centered Coaching method, founded by Marlena Field; a method that combines mindfulness with the body's own intelligence for deeper and more effective coaching conversations.
  • Learn to use the Body-Centered Coaching method in decision-making to assist your clients in making solid, congruent decisions by taking into account all available information - not just what's in their heads.
  • Deepen your learning of a body-centered process for decision-making through your own experience. Learn a process that you will be able to use right away with yourself and others for sustainable outcomes.

Core Competencies:

You will receive .75 Core Competency & .25 Resource Development CEUs for attending this session.
