Description:

Inherently, we all have biases which can be either explicit (conscious) or implicit (unconscious). Managing inherent biases requires a consistent focus on self-management to recognize biases and keep them from negatively influencing words and actions. Through awareness and intentional actions, we can help create diverse and inclusive workplace cultures of belonging.

Takeaways:

  • How do we sustain a bias-free mindset?

  • What tactics, tools, and strategies can we use for change?
  • How do we create a safe environment to bring up bias?
  • How do we engage in the conversation?
