Description

Millions are experiencing COVID-fatigue. Each of us has likely experienced it personally, or heard it in our fellow coaches; and seen it in the human beings you interact with every day. As coaches, we have valuable tools that support us in navigating the uncertainties, challenges, and weariness associated with the pandemic.Perhaps the most valuable tool we possess is the new ICF Competency #2 of "Embodies a Coaching Mindset." Come and explore together how "Coaching Mindset" is not just a brain-based function, but also an embodied experience... an experience that guides us, and can guide our clients, in navigating the uncertain days ahead with resilience, hope, and ease.

About the speaker:

Susan Britton, PCC, brings nearly 20 years of experience to the art and science of professional coaching. As founder and president of The Academies, Inc., her brain-friendly approach to coaching stems from a fascination with applied positive psychology, neuroscience, and the biology of behavior change.

Susan holds coaching credentials as a PCC (International Coaching Federation) and Master Certified NeuroPositive Coach (Applied Neuroscience Institute), and is the author of seven books on career management. She has delivered more than 10,000 hours of leadership and career coach training to both new and experienced coaches on six continents, guiding them to a deeper understanding of brain-based coaching techniques that help "Change Minds... For Good!"
