Description:

For an organization to thrive, practices that result in a feedback-rich and growth-minded culture must be established.

Imagine what might be possible if you and your clients were…?

  • more self-aware
  • more self-confident
  • more present and focused
  • more consistent in their way of thinking
  • more connected to others and themselves

In this special guest presentation, we will discuss how thoughts, emotions, and actions differ in the performance mindset and the mastery (growth) mindset, and how these ways of thinking impact every aspect of life as well as how we are perceived by others. Steps to facilitate the process of mastery will be shared.

This process is just as valuable for professional coaches as for the clients they serve.

Take-aways:

  • Identify the characteristics of both performance mindset and mastery (growth) mindset
  • Understand how our mindset impacts our self-awareness, self-esteem, self-talk, and other aspects of life
  • Identify common barriers to mastery
  • Discuss tools and strategies to optimize performance in all aspects of life and work.
